QUICKLY RELEASE STRESS!
Universal energy is attracted to you constantly, based on your dominant thoughts and feelings. It's a natural energy that you experience in life, that can lead to health, wealth, and happiness or stress and worry.
It all depends on how YOU deal with it...
What YOU think and feel, you become!
From birth your 'parents' taught you to experience life in the same way that they do. So their concepts and opinions about the way life is, were constantly passed to your subconscious mind.
You will also have received ideas from other children, whose opinions were passed from generation to generation in the same way.
Where do these life concepts come from?
Parents, other people, school (education), government, media, tv, radio, newspapers, advertisers, large powerful organisations, etc.
Well, YOU, me, us, we... have all been subconsciously programmed to think, feel, and act in a certain way. when our power is outside of us, we are pushed and pulled about by other people, media, governments etc.
Unfortunately, subconscious control is happening on a global scale, and is the REAL cause of stress, anxiety, tension, fear, ill health, and dis-ease.
Are you following me here? I'm saying that the cause of stress is a lack of freedom, time, energy, money, etc.
YOU have far too much to do, and when you complete a task, another one appears in it's place... right?
WHEN was the last time you completed all of the tasks on your list, and found yourself free to breathe deeply and truly relax?
Not often enough!
It's time for YOU to take control...
but will you?
After all, you have to break free of years of negative conditioning!

TO RELEASE STRESS
So far, we have established that you may experience stress, anxiety, tension, and worry because you are out of control of your situation in life.
The first thing to do is to minimize the problem.
One of the best ways is to take a close look at your life and remove the unwanted mental, emotional, and physical clutter. You can do this by...
1 - Stop Negative Mind Control.
Turn off the tv and radio, stop reading newspapers, gossip magazines, etc. Don't spend time listening to people who moan and complain.
2 - Stop Negative Emotion Control.
I'm sorry to say that in your direct family or among your friends, are people who are using you to help them. Now this is fine if it's give and take, 50/50, but often it isn't. So, be strong and tell them No!... YOU can use this time or energy in a more positive way.
3 - Stop Negative Physical Control.
I am guessing that in your home there are 'things' around you that really don't need to be there. Take a good look and remove ALL unnecessary objects. Sell them on ebay, car boot sales or newspaper ads. Give to a charity, unfortunate people, OR... just dump it.
Follow the above 3 tips to remove mental, emotional, and physical clutter from building up in your life. This will greatly reduce any stress you may be experiencing...

PAST EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE
I have given you a few ideas to reduce stress, anxiety, or tension from appearing in your daily life. But, what about the years of mental, emotional, and physical stress that you've gathered in your life so far?

I have filtered out the baggage, filler and debris that comes along with most systems of study. For the last few years I have focussed more and more on learning how to release feelings from the past, as this is a Key to health, wealth, and happiness.
In my opinion there are just a small handful of powerful techniques you may want to begin using. I have chosen these because they are easy-to-apply, practical, with fast results, and you can perform them in privacy!
Please bear in mind that I haven't the space or time to go into full detail here, so I will lead you in the best direction to get the job done. Also remember that the way to achieve anything in life is to go for it...
Make a plan, take massive action, and never give up!
OK, here's some of the BEST WAYS to release emotional baggage...
1 - Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
This involves tapping on acupressure points as you focus on a negative feeling... very powerful. Used by thousands of people around the world, including many health care professionals - it works!
2 - Emotional Stress Release (ESR)
This is a technique I picked up when I was studying applied kinesiology, and touch for health. It's a way of focusing more and more on the feeling of a problem, and then removing it completely. I have used this in my healing practise... it's powerful and works!
3 - The Sedona Method
A complete system that is so simple to apply, that you wonder why it is not commonly used. It involves an internal question and answer process that allows you to simply release anything that you focus on... great!
4 - Breathing Meditation
By focusing on deep breathing you'll fill your lungs with powerful healing energy. This sends ki, chi, prana to every cell of your body, and helps to clear your meridians (energy channels), allowing energy to flow freely.
5 - Hara Contemplation
Taken from my long-time study of the art of Aikido. All you have to do is focus your mind on your centre of gravity, the 'one point' in your lower belly. All of your thoughts and feelings can be taken into this point and just released out into the universe...
leaving you clear!
