WHY SHOULD YOU FILL YOUR BODY CELLS
WITH POSITIVE ENERGY?

It is very important to fill all of your body cells with positive energy. But it's equally important to fill your body cells with negative energy.

Why?

Because you will be able to live your life to the full if your body, mind, and spirit are in balance. And you cannot achieve this unless you balance and harmonise the cells of your body.

There are several great ways to achieve this. They are easy-to-apply, and have the power to change your life fast.

But, do you want to change your life?

Many of us want change, but are not prepared to do different things to achieve it. And the ONLY way to change is to do different things.

If you always do what you've always done,
you'll always get what you've always got!

To positively change your life, you don't need to make drastic changes. Just a few small changes each week will do it.

The key is to take action!

This is the information age, and it is so easy to get hold of valuable knowledge and wisdom today. Are you in the habit of gathering lots of great information, and not doing anything with it?

Many people do this!

How do I know?

I have been gathering wisdom from all corners of the globe for over 30 years. My bookshelves are completely packed with hundreds of great books, and I have read every single one of them.

But the information stayed in my mind.

Yes, I understood many of the concepts and ideas in an intellectual way. But I did not use them in my daily life, or share the ideas with other people. I studied, researched, analyzed, contemplated, and meditated on an absolute ton of great ideas.

BUT...

I didn't truly understand them until I started using them in a practical way. This led me to absorb the information, and develop a need to pass it on.

Okay, You may be thinking...

What has this got to do with filling your cells with powerful energy?

It is to impress upon you and help you to understand that knowledge is power, but only if you use it in some way. Action is the Key!


HOW CAN YOU FILL YOUR BODY CELLS
WITH POSITIVE ENERGY?

There are a few excellent ways to fill your cells with positive energy, and I am going to tell you about the very best ways to do it.

Please bear in mind that filling your cells with positive energy, can only be achieved if they already have an abundance of negative energy. Your cells have to be in the correct state to accept positive energy, or they will simply reject it and you will not get the major benefits you are looking for.

Ok, I keep going on about positive and negative energy, but what is this?

In the universe there are things, and no things.

In other words there is empty space and there are things moving in, around, and through this empty space. Your feelings, thoughts, and body are constantly moving.

Everything in the universe vibrates, and the rate of vibration dictates how the energy is manifested. What you see, feel, touch, taste and smell is all vibrating at different rates.

This includes the cells of your body.

They are constantly changing, they live, die, and millions of new cells are made every day. The 'memory' of the vibratory condition of each cell is passed on from cell to cell.

You can affect your cells in a dramatic way by carrying out two simple tasks. If you take action on these two tasks then you will quickly benefit. But you must do them every day without fail to achieve the best results.

WHAT ARE THE TWO BEST WAYS TO
POWER UP YOUR CELLS AND BALANCE YOUR ENERGY?

I am about to tell you the two BEST ways to balance and harmonise your body cells. Please don't ignore them because of their simplicity. They both hold great power and can completely change your life for the better.

If you ignore these and search for a 'new magic pill', 'the latest breakthrough', 'a special herb', 'add any secret method here'...

You'll be wasting your time!

I can't keep you in suspense any longer, so here goes...

POSITIVE ENERGY

Gain positive energy from the air you breathe!

Also know as... ki, chi, prana, magnetism, vital life force, etc. There are many breathing techniques available to you, and I wont go into a long drawn out description of them here.

The main thing is to absorb as much vital energy as you can.

Vital life force travels from the air, through your lungs, into your cells, and is transported around your body.

The purer the air the better it will be for you. So spend time near the sea, in the woods, by a lake, away from fumes and built up areas.

Breathe deeply... in through the nose and out through the mouth. Make sure you fill the bottom of your lungs with air, by pushing your belly out when you breathe in. This has the effect of drawing air in from below.

BEST TIP

Hold your breath! (Idea taken from a 6th degree course in a secret society. I can't give details on this as I'm sworn to secrecy ;)

By doing this you will absorb more positive energy from the oxygen and completely fill your body cells with vital energy.

A great way of doing this is to begin the first week by taking 3 normal breaths, then on the 4th hold it for 10 seconds. Do this for 5-10 minutes.

On the second week increase this to hold for 20 seconds, the third week 30 seconds, the fourth week, 40 seconds, the fifth week 50 seconds, the sixth week 60 seconds. Personally I wouldn't recommend going beyond 1 minute, but begin to increase the amount of time you practise.

After 10 weeks you may be holding for 60 seconds every 4th breath, and practising for 20-30 minutes. Of course, you can add this practise to your regular contemplation, meditation, or prayer etc.

This is a very powerful technique!

Like I said before you must take action to change your life, and deep breathing and breath holding is THE most powerful action you can take!

NEGATIVE ENERGY

Gain negative energy through water and food.

To ensure you absorb positive energy your cells must be vibrant with negative energy. The best way to achieve this is through drinking pure water and eating pure food.

And that means pure!

Not chemical filled tap water, and bottled water isn't much better. In my opinion the best methods are either distilled water or alkaline water.

Water removes waste products from your body, and the purer it is the better the job it does. I recommend a minimum of 2 litres of water each day, and lots more if you are stressed, exercise, or ill, etc.

Pure organic food and supplements will fill your cells with nutrients, vitamins, minerals etc. Inorganic foods fill you with damaging chemicals!

So there you have it, simple ways to power up, balance and harmonise your body cells. By taking action on these ideas you'll get results.

No action = no change!
