"A Massive Event for Cancer Research UK. Natasha's 5Km Charity Run in the Race for Life"

Hello... I hope You are having a Successful day!

My Daughter Natasha is taking part in Cancer Research UK's Race for Life 2008. She will be doing a charity run of 5km on Sunday 13th July at 2pm.

The course will take her round the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, and the surrounding areas. Its a fantastic location near Chichester UK.

They are hoping to see 2000 women run, jog or walk the course to help more people survive cancer.

Natasha Wilden, who is also a 1st Dan in Aikido and one of my Assistant Instructors, intends to run it Fast. We will let you know how long it takes her... now thats an incentive!

Help her raise money to beat cancer by visiting her sponsorship page at.... Natasha's 5Km Charity Run Please be generous and sponsor her today! Your support will be most welcome and many thanks in advance :)

Warmest Regards

Tony
