THE EASY WAY

Many people on the Earth today live a life of quiet despair. They are inflicted with numerous problems such as : poor health, pollution, drugs, insecurity, social injustice, unemployment, taxes, inflation, child abuse, crime, wars etc.

There are many changes taking place on the planet and more and more people are looking for answers to their questions. To approach and understand the DIVINE SPIRIT it is essential to keep our bodies healthy and free from tiredness, pain, ill-ness and dis-ease. Our minds should be calm and clear.

Everything that happens to us is recorded and reflected by our bodies. For this reason we are effecting our health with our thoughts, emotions, mental attitudes and frame of mind.

A great majority of people live "alongside themselves", in their memories (past), imagined goals (future), which stops them making the best of life. By focusing attention on the present moment - NOW, we have the ability to transform our lives, develop our vitality and reach our goals.

WHAT can we personally DO to live a healthy, vibrant and happy life ?

THE EASY WAY is to remove from our lives All negative energy and focus on filling our lives with POSITIVE Energy !

The following "Secrets", if applied, WILL help you to make Powerful, Lasting changes to Your health and well-being.

MENTAL EXERCISES TO INCREASE VITALITY

Mental exercises, imagination and visualisation of ourselves physically exercising will help us to focus on our goal of increasing our vitality. If you imagine yourself beautiful, strong, flexible and supple, you can develop these qualities by creating "mental images" which lays a strong foundation for your success.

Make a list of Your Goals in order of importance and fill your life with people and events that lead to these goals. Make a plan and stick to it - willpower and discipline are required in the early stages, but after a while, momentum will help good habits to develop and become a more permanent part of your life.

You can Create what you want to become ... through thought !

To do this :

A) Choose a goal and get comfortable.

B) Close Your Eyes, Breathe Deeply and Relax.

C) imagine or visualise yourself in a Positive situation of your choice, in as much detail as possible - environment, light, sounds, feelings, movement of your body etc.

If you do this in a relaxed state, allowing images to appear of their own accord you will achieve success and the more you practise this exercise the easier it becomes.

PURIFY YOUR BLOODSTREAM

There are many ways to achieve purification of the body and boost our vitality. We will focus on the cleansing of the blood as this is KEY to becoming healthy and vibrant. When the blood is purified, we receive an increase of oxygen and nutrients to our cells which improves our circulation.

HOW can we achieve this the EASY WAY ?

There are 3 main elements involved : Air, Water, Nutrition !

AIR

Air is the first essential for life as the moment we cease to breathe, the physical body begins to decay. Breathing is therefore the basic root of existence, and as such must have prime consideration in our study of health. Deep breathing helps to oxygenate and purify the blood.

Through the air we breathe, we gain oxygen and vital life force which is also known as Ki, Chi, Prana, Energy, Magnetism etc. We are generally aware that mountain, forest or sea air makes us feel more alive and can promote healing.

We can learn to breathe more slowly - 5 or 6 deep, calm breaths per minute which, with regular practise can become a good habit, particularly while we sleep. Breathing in takes in supplies of vital life force and breathing out spreads it throughout the body and also removes waste products.

One of the most beneficial methods of breathing is deep rhythmical inhalation & exhalation through the nose. 10 - 15 minutes upon arising and before retiring will be most beneficial, but any time throughout the day, will help purify the blood, reduce stress and tension to aid healing.

WATER

Water is essential for life, it transports nutrients and oxygen around the body and we need it to build tissue and turn food into energy. Our bodies are 75% water, so it is easy to see how vital pure water is for life. Every living cell requires water, air and nutrients for its survival and drinking enough fluid can help to prevent urine infections, kidney stones and bladder cancer.

Studies suggest we should drink about 2 litres of water daily through drinks and food. We should also increase our intake when we use more energy through mental and physical activities, ill-ness, stress, hot weather etc.

Tea, coffee and alcohol cause dehydration and should be minimized. Dehydration can cause tiredness, poor circulation, high blood pressure, headaches, dizziness, aching joints, dry skin, slow metabolism, poor immunity, stress, weight gain and indigestion.

Water refreshes the body, revitalises the vital organs and raises the energy levels. There are many ways of purifying our water - distillation, reverse osmosis, filters, tap etc. which ever method you use it is essential to get into a good habit of drinking plenty of water.

NUTRITION

Our standard of life - how we act and think is directly related to our food and quality of nutrition. If we choose to eat junk-food then our standard of living and thinking will drop. Our bodies consist of the food, water and air we consume and a healthy body can only be built out of high quality nutrients that are pollutant-free. We need to learn what really works for us to achieve good health and well-being.

It is absolutely necessary to recognise the ill-effects of refining, processing, overcooking and the convenience packaging of many of our foods today. It is a good idea to look very closely at the nutritional quality of the foods we are eating.

What we eat is directly related to how we think, feel and act and the body is a marvelous factory that needs constant maintenance. Food provides the energy and the essential nutrients for the body - carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, trace elements, and vitamins. This provides the material for all bodily functions and the energy for physical and mental movement and activity.

A diet consisting of essential nerve-building vitamins, blood building minerals, gland-stimulating protein and hormone nourishing unsaturated fatty acids will help us achieve a good level of health.

DEVELOP YOUR VITALITY

WALKING

Walking, in an outdoor environment, away from the pollution and noise of "civilisation and society" is a wonderful source of renewable energy. Add deep breathing and relaxation of mind and body for an Energy Boost to the circulation. Regular contact with the ground recharges and stores our energy, so barefoot is the best option.

The ideal times to walk are at sunrise and sunset, since the Earth's electromagnetic energy is greater at these times of the day. A natural environment will inspire positive thoughts - in the coutryside, on a beach, in a forest, along a river bank, in a park, garden etc. 15-20 minutes walking a day is an excellent way of keeping fit.

RELAXATION AND TENSION

Instant relaxation allows us to restore our energy and vitality anywhere, at any time, in only a few minutes. To do this settle yourself in a comfortable position, sitting or lying down. Breathe deeply and totally relax, then tense all of your muscles for 3-7 seconds, release and relax.

Use your imagination to visualise a harmonious setting and with each out-breath allow your tension, worries, fatigue etc to flow out through your heels into the depths of the earth. Repeat this Several times a day for great results.

One of the easiest and best ways of developing and toning your body is through Isometrics. These exercises can be practised anywhere, at any time, during your busy day. They enable you to develop your physical strength and vitality in an intense manner.

The principles of Isometrics.

A) Breathe deeply and relax.

B) Tense a muscle or group of muscles.

C) Holding the muscle tensed for 1-7 breaths.

D) Release muscle, breathe deeply and relax.

E) Repeat this method for the whole body.

People should not be so concerned with duties or world interests that they forget ... one day we must leave it all behind, when we drop the body forever. The true saints of God were people who could rise up above the mind and its traps, doubts and fears.
