The term 'secret' may not be correct, as it implies something valuable that you do not know about. You may already know about this, but the 'secret' is how to successfully use it to truly benefit your health.
There are several key health principles, that I discuss in detail, in my Optimum Health Secrets 2.0 ebook. An important one is how to absorb positive energy (ki, chi, prana, etc.) from the air that you breathe.
Most of us know that we are supposed to breathe deeply in order to get more oxygen into our lungs. Also to exhale strongly to remove toxins. The deeper the breath the more oxygen we can draw in.
But the average person only breathes with the top part of their lungs. The stale air at the bottom becomes heavy, devitalised and can make you drowsy, nervous, weary, etc.
