SAVE TIME AND EFFORT
Are you getting in your own way?
Do you put off important tasks, and never deal with them?
Procrastination is one of the blocks on your path to achieving your goals. One of the main reasons is a fear of dealing with difficult subjects. Sometimes they seem more difficult than they truly are. We tend to add emotion and increase their importance.
This makes us more nervous about tackling them, and we put them off. It can be a vicious circle that creates fear, stress, tension, and dis-ease.
If you had 5 tasks to complete in a day, which one's get completed? The easiest one, two or maybe three. We never seem to deal with the most difficult one's... right?
But You Can solve this!
Feel the fear and do it anyway!
Complete the easiest task to get you in the mindset of success, then tackle the most difficult. Once you face it head on and just do what is required to solve it, you will realize it wasn't all that difficult.
Continue this daily and soon you'll have a habit of dealing with easy and difficult task quickly, before fear builds them up, and puts them off until later, tomorrow, next week, etc.
Of course, you can remove from your life... events, tasks, and even people that dont serve your life purpose.
I suggest you write your goals down, then...
1 - Focus your mind and set your sights on your first goal of the day... the easiest one, suddenly its done!
2 - Now concentrate on the most difficult task. Face the fear and take massive action until complete.
A simple, powerful, and efficient way to save time and effort.
Action is the key to your success... right :)
By using this simple strategy, you'll begin to notice that you breathe more deeply, are more relaxed, and stand up straight and proud.
Have you noticed that every day there are some things that get done, no matter what else happens in your day? This is because you have made them a priority... you regard them as important enough not to miss.
All you have to do is move your goal or target up the list to the top. That way, every day you are doing something to move towards your goal.
This can include moving the difficult tasks near the top of your to-do list. Complete them quick, and enjoy the rest of your day :)
