DISASTER SURVIVAL

Many of our daily problems seem large and difficult to solve. But, just a simple change of mindset will resolve most of them.

Unfortunately we are creatures of habit, and our behaviour has been learned over a long period of time. Most people tend to live in their comfort zone, and avoid challenging themselves.

We assume that our lives will carry on in the same old way.

BUT...

Disasters are constantly happening all over the world, and some of us are likely to experience a major setback... sooner or later.

Are You Prepared for a Disaster?

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying you should live in fear of what may or may not happen in the future. It's not a good idea to focus on negative things for too long. On the other hand, it is very important to be prepared or you may become a victim of events as they unfold in your life.

What type of disaster should you prepare for?

1 - Losing your Job, Home, or Material Possessions

These are financial considerations, and you should ensure your life skills will allow you to have or find some sort of paid work. It's good to study, learn, and develop new skills that will help you protect your future.

2 - Breaking Up with a Romantic Partner

This is an emotional consideration, that can leave you feeling low and depressed. It's important to allow for this period, but essential to pick yourself up, dust yourself down, and move on with your life.

With both 1 and 2 the right mindset would be that "when one door closes another door opens". This means that you are surrounded by opportunities, and it is important not to look back at what was, but to focus on the present moment, while looking forward to what will soon be.

3 - A Death in the Family

Even though losing a loved one is a massive shock, after a period of mourning, we have to move on with our lives.

4 - Bad Weather

The planet Earth goes through many changes that are completely out of the control of people. This includes extremes of wind, rain, fire, flood, tornado, hurricane, tsunami, and many more.

It is important to be prepared for these extreme weather situations. How should you prepare? What equipment will you need? See below...

5 - Essential Service Problems

Electricity, gas, water, and food supplies can be temporarily or permanently interrupted for a variety of reasons including computer hacking. You should be prepared for this. How? see below...

6 - A Breakdown of Society

Unfortunately most governments spend their time looking after the rich, and helping the causes of large corporations. They hold the power and have large police forces and armies to support their behaviour.

BUT...

The people are fed up with it generally, and are protesting in many countries. This may eventually lead to a complete breakdown in society and you should be prepared for civil unrest.

Your Disaster Survival Plan

Staying right where you currently live is far better than having a fully stocked rural retreat that you can’t get to in a disaster situation. If you are like most people, you don’t have a retreat to escape to anyway.

So what should you do?

Plan to Survive In Place!

Click the link below for a complete blueprint to be fully prepared for those difficult situations. This can happen to any of us... without warning.

I have prepared my Urban Survival blueprint based on this excellent information. Why? Because I felt it was important enough to learn how to protect myself and my family in a life or death situation.

I highly suggest you prepare yourself, and this is the best course.

I am prepared... are you?
