New Year - New You...
What Do You Want To Achieve This Year?
Happy new year to you... do you make new years resolutions? What is it that stops you from successfully reaching your goals?
They are a collection of actions that, when repeated enough times, become ingrained habits. Habits are compelling, and become very difficult to change. This is fine if they are good habits that benefit you.
One way of changing your life, is to counter a negative habit by adding a new positive habit to fill the empty space.
What key element will help you to achieve your new years resolutions?
We all have so much to do each day, and it is difficult to fit it all in. That is why so many tasks are left undone... there is not enough time :(
What's the answer?
Go through everything you do and Let Go of all of the things that are a waste of time and effort. Then move your new years resolutions up into the top 5 things that you 'MUST' do each day.
Complete them each day without fail. Don't let anything interfere with these priorities! Go ahead, there's nothing in your way... except yourself. Get out of your own way, drop the bad habits and focus on the good one's.
When is the best time to start?
Now, in this present moment, is where ALL of your power is.

This often causes confusion, which means no decision and no action taken. Life carries on 'as normal' and no change is made.
Do you ever find yourself thinking more about what's wrong with your life, rather than what's right? Is your time used up doing things you don't want to, just to please your partner or family?
Unfortunately this is often the case!

Here's a great method to find out exactly what you want to achieve in your lifetime. An easy exercise that only takes about 30 minutes to complete, and will give you your dreams, desires, and life goals.
THE £20 MILLION GAME
Imagine, you have just won £20 million on the lottery, now decide what you will spend it on... houses, cars, holidays, clothes, electronic toys, health treatments etc. and helping other people and charities... right?
Take a pen and paper and Write It Down in vivid detail, and really enjoy the proccess. Don't forget to smile, after all...
YOU Are Rich :)
Have you done that?
You now have everything you need to be comfortable, so what are you going to do for the rest of your life? What makes you happy? What gets you excited and enthusiastic? what is your ultimate wish?
The answers will give you your purpose in life!

2 - Imagine them complete and list the necessary steps to get there.
3 - Start with your first goal and focus your mind on its realisation.
