Did you make new years resolutions?
How has it been going, as we are already into February 2017?
Is life what happens while we are busy making other plans?
It often seems so :)
Have you thought about how you want to spend your life here? When you are in your 70's or 80's and looking back on the life you lived, what will you regret NOT doing?
I highly recommend that you write down you answers, develop a solid plan of action, a life plan... Your Life Blueprint!
Make a list of exactly what you want to achieve, and when. Then write down each step that you will take that moves you closer and closer to achieving your dreams and desires.
What is it that stops you from reaching your goals?
Paradigm are a collection of actions. When these actions are repeated enough times, they become
ingrained habits. Habits are compelling, and difficult to change.
This is great if they are good habits that benefit you. But a real pain if they bring you down and drain your energy and motivation.
One way of changing your life, is to counter a negative habit by adding a new positive habit to fill the empty space.
