These days it is so easy to get access to info... breathing techniques, organic living, rare healing techniques, unusual diets, exercise, etc.
But, unfortunately that's the problem...
Too much information! The internet offers you almost anything you want to read about, listen to, or watch.
Do you feel overwhelmed by it all?
After all, you will find experts that give opposing opinions. Which one is right? Which one is wrong? They can't both be right... can they?
It really depends on Your Viewpoint, but where does it come from? Your parents, school, friends, tv/radio/news media, life experiences, etc.

confusion, which means no decision and no action taken.

Imagine, you have just won $20 million on the lottery, so go ahead and decide what you will spend it on... houses, cars, holidays, clothes, electronic toys, etc. and helping other people and charities - right?
Take a pen and paper and write it all down in detail, and really enjoy the proccess - don't forget to smile, after all...
YOU Are now Rich :)
Once you have completed this, you will have all the things you need to be comfortable. So what are you going to do for the rest of your life? What makes you happy? What gets you enthusiastic? what is your ultimate wish?
The answers will finally give you your purpose in life!

1 - Make a list of Your desired goals in order of importance.
2 - Imagine them complete and list the necessary steps to get there.
3 - Start with your first goal and focus your mind on its realisation.
4 - Take massive Action on each step, one-by-one until it is completed.
