Unblock Your Energy Centres
and Balance Your Chakras

There are several great ways to balance your chakras, and clear any blockages to your meridian energy flow.

But, Why Do This?

Well, if your energy flows freely around your body then you can experience vibrant health and well-being. This means that you are in the best position to enjoy a positive and long life.

If your life energy is not restricted then your body can receive nutrients and remove waste more efficiently.

What Are Chakras

Chakras are several energy centres that control your vital life force energy. Each chakra is attached and associated with each of the major body organs. Click the following link for Full Details on Chakras

What Methods Can You Use?

There are several great way of a balancing your energy centres. Here are some of my favourite methods...

1 - Tibetan Yoga... a simple yoga stretching routine, discussed below...

2 - Meridian Balancing... using a series of muscle tests to ask the body which organs have restricted energy. Then releasing those blockages with several unique healing techniques.

These are usually carried out by an Applied Kinesiologist or Touch for Health therapist. I have successfully carried out 1,000's of these treatments in my healing practice in Bognor Regis, West Sussex UK.

3 - Lymphatic Massage... a specific massage routine aimed at releasing blocked energy. This methods helps release waste and toxins.

I also use this in my healing practice, but, with a little research you can find out the key lymphatic centres and massage yourself with great results.

Tibetan Yoga Exercise to
Balance Your Chakras

There are plenty of different forms of yoga available. Many systems have been around for 100's of years, and others are modern versions of these.

Some involve dozens of complex movements, and others just a few key stretches. But, whatever the differences, every system states that yoga practise can improve your health, fitness, and well-being.

Why choose yoga, and not some other system of exercise?

Well, many forms of exercise can be of benefit to your health, if practised in the right way. A 20 minute exercise routine, 3 times a week is the minimum that most experts advise. This includes warm-up, stretching, strength, endurance and stamina training, etc.

Bear in mind that over-training is likely to cause...

more harm than good!

Some people become obsessed with exercise, to the point where it is like a drug to them. You can see this in many competitive sports where people push their bodies beyond their limits. This often leads to a variety of injuries and massive disappointment.

Some exercise routines are designed to develop useful skills like martial arts. These teach discipline, respect, confidence, and self defence, along with the health benefits of training regularly.

But, again, there is the risk of over-training, which does not benefit your health. Training too hard, in any system, is likely to do more harm than good. After all, the real aim of exercise is keep you in good condition...

Right?

I recommend a simple form of yoga, practised every day to balance your energy, vitalise your inner organs and harmonise your body, mind, and spirit. This is what makes it one of the best exercise systems available.

So, what system of yoga will you practise?

It all depends on how much time you have available. You may want to go to yoga classes and practise with others, or like me, practise alone. By practising in a class, you have the benefit of an experienced teacher to adjust your movements and improve the form.

But, by practising alone, you have the added benefit of deciding when, where, and how you exercise. Personally I practise a simple form of Tibetan Yoga, which takes around 10-15 minutes a day.

WHY TIBETAN YOGA?

A simple form of Tibetan Yoga is easier to remember and perform, which allows you to relax more and stops your mind from being too active. It focuses the movements on balancing your chakras for the Best Results!

Just five simple exercises are needed to develop flexibility, exercise your muscles and stimulate your inner organs.

The system I use was brought to the attention of the world by Peter Kelder in 1939 in his book The Eye of Revelation.

It told of a retired British army officer who was taught the routine by monks in a remote Tibetan monastery in the Himalayas. After a while, the officer noticed that his body looked and felt younger, and he believed that the Tibetan Exercises caused this rejuvenation.

Tibetan Monks have used this method for thousands of years. It offers you a key to living a long, vibrant and health life.

Boost The Benefits of Tibetan Yoga

First of all, practise the 5 Exercises Every Day. Each exercise is to be performed 21 times, which may take you a few weeks to achieve.

It is recommended that you start with just 5 repetitions of each exercise, and then add a few more each day.

This ensures that you don't 'over-do it', when you first begin. If your enthusiasm causes you to do too many, then you will strain your muscles and they will ache... which may put you off ;)

What Can You Do to Greatly Improve Your Results?

Well, there are several things that are essential. The main idea here is to treat your body and mind as a 'Temple'. In other words, treat it with respect, and only put in pure air, clean water, good food, positive thoughts and emotions, and take key action steps.
