So what are you thinking about all day long?

You can change your present and future, but you cannot change your past... right? Remember last month when I stated...

92% of worries are unnecessary...

40% never happen

30% have already happened and cannot be changed

12% are needless about health

10% are petty miscellaneous

and only 8% are genuine!

You can decide to change your habits, and face them head on by refusing to be controlled by them. Fill the gaps with good habits that you enjoy. Stick to it by continuing to say to yourself...

I Can, I Must... And I Will.

If you don't consciously work on positive thoughts, then old habits will take control again. Yes, it's like a battle... you must work on new habits until they have more power than the old one's.

Once the balance is tipping in the favour of the positive, then the negative habits will give up and let go of their control over you.

So, are you prepared to Take Control of your life?


As long as you are aware that the new you will not fall into your lap without effort... then you are empowered. Make the decision to change, and keep working on it until it happens. Your persistence will pay off!
