A Key to Your Success!
Why is the study of aiki principles a key to your success?
There are 1,000's of books, dvds, and videos available on the martial art of Aikido. Many of them discuss aikido history, its philosophy, and techniques.
We know that serious study and practise of techniques is very important in achieving Aikido mastery. Plus the importance aikido history and philosophy are to our understanding of this unique art.
But, can you be more efficient, relaxed, and powerful... with less effort?
Yes YOU Can!
What did Morihei Ueshiba O'Sensei do on a daily basis in his own personal training? The answer gives you an insight into what the founder of Aikido practised on a daily basis... and what he didn't!
O'Sensei said that the 2 Secrets of Aikido are... Misogi and Kotodama.
Misogi deals with methods of purification of mind and body which are the essentials for a healthy lifestyle... deep breathing,
using water for inner and outer cleansing, eating healthy organic food, beneficial exercise, experiencing good sleep and learning how to completely relax.
Kotodama deals with sound vibrations, and how chanting certain sounds balance and harmonise the body, mind, and spirit. Kotodama is the origin of spirit and substance, that divides into yang/fire energy and yin/water energy. The opposing force that holds the two together is ki.

The Essence of Understanding!
Can you really develop advanced Aikido skills?
Yes... of Course!
But anything worth achieving takes effort and commitment. To get to the true essence of Aikido you will have to spend time studying and practising.
You'll need an experienced Aikido teacher to teach you basic techniques, and practise them to move on to an advanced level. You'll learn many variations to help you become more flexible in your movements.
You will also need to make a serious study of ukemi, which is the art of receiving techniques. This helps you develop the skill to be physically and mentally relaxed and flexible. In this way you'll learn how to fall safely, even if you are thrown hard, or taken by surprise.
You can speed up developing your skills by practising at home on a daily basis. It really depends how motivated you are to discipline yourself.
When you get more experienced, you'll begin to notice certain Aiki principles
that run through all aikido techniques!
There are 3 methods of training...
1 - Learning techniques.
2 - Analyzing posture and form.
3 - Studying principles.
Most Aikido instructors only teach the first two. Why? Because they only feel qualified to teach what they have been shown by their instructor.
I have had many excellent teachers over the years, but always wondered why it took so long to develop real skill. So I made an intense study of all aspects of Aikido and many of the related aiki and healing arts.
I discovered that it is possible to speed up the learning process by focusing on the aiki principles that make the techniques work. I have been studying this way for many years and it has given me a unique understanding of.
I can show YOU how to fast-track your training and become an Aikido expert.
I made notes on my journey, as I discovered more
principles, and after years of pressure testing I have developed a unique ebook software collection that will show you exactly how to increase your skills.
