Self Protection Tips on How to
Stay Safe in a Hostile World

Welcome to your Harmony newsletter. In this issue you'll learn the importance of Self Protection and how to protect yourself and your family.

BAR... body alarm reaction is THE number one self defence move. It will allow you to Protect Yourself in an increasingly dangerous world.

Imagine the following scenario...

You are enjoying your day, minding your own business, and completing the jobs that you have set yourself... work, shopping, leisure, etc...

We all have a lot to do!

Suddenly, someone is aggressive towards you. You may have looked at them the wrong way, bumped into them, or upset them in some way.

You apologise in your attempt to calm the situation down. You just want to get on with your day, but, unfortunately the other person has taken offense and is getting loud and aggressive.

Continue to try to calm the person, while being aware of how close they are to you. Never allow an aggressor closer than arms length!

They are waving their arms around and approaching you in an aggressive manner. You realise YOU are in a scary situation and need to act NOW!

What Should YOU Do?

1 - Put your hands up in front of your chest, with your palms facing them, and fingers open to protect your space. Say...

"Keep Your Hands Down" and "Talk to Me From There".

2 - If they continue to approach aggressively you MUST push them back, and say assertively... "Stay There"

3 - If they approach again you should push them back with a lot more power and warn them about the consequencies...

Shout... "Stay Back" and "Talk to Me from There" or...

"We Don't Need to Do This" or "One of Us May Get Hurt" etc.

Make it Clear!

But, unfortunately, none of this works and they continue to approach aggressively, and are about to violently attack you.

WHAT is the Single MOST important thing YOU should do?

BAR (body alarm reaction) - aggression brings up the flight, freeze, or fight syndrome, and freezing is a common response to fear. BAR addresses these issues, and shows you how to turn that fear back on them.

Its a move that anyone can use, and its easy to learn.

Using your palms, slap/strike your attacker on the forehead. By hitting firmly in and down with power at a certain angle, on key pressure points, they will become confused and unable to function for several seconds.

This gives you the time to get away or put them on the ground and restrain them... watch out for the possibility of another attacker.

If you perform BAR well, it will either knock an attacker out or stun and confuse them. Either way you have taken the advantage, and must use this to get away to safety or strike again if necessary to remove the threat.

Trigger Points show you exactly when to take action. By using BAR at the ideal time, you will stop an attack right at the beginning.

Waveforms put your body weight behind everything you do. This gives 'weaker people' more power than 'stronger people'.

There are many other powerful principles including...

The Fence - how to develop a protective barrier around you.

Traffic Light System - know WHEN to take action.

Pressure Points - hit weak targets, and correct angles for best effect.

Heavy Hand - how to use relaxation and intent for massive power.

Its all covered, in great detail, in my Self Defence Secrets - It offers YOU a unique Blueprint on how to Train Smart. Plus bonus video and ebooks!
