Many of us attempt to change our lives for the better, but fail for a number of reasons.

One of the main reasons we fail to make permanent changes is because we scatter our attention in too many directions.

Attempting to change lots of things at the same time weakens our focus and the energy just drains away. We run out of any willpower to continue until a permanent change can be made, and fall back into our old ways.

After trying to make positive changes, several times, without success, we may just give up and accept our lives as they are. Even though we want to change, and feel we have tried our best to do so.

This is a big mistake!

Especially as we have made so much effort. We go halfway, run out of positive energy, and end up back where we started. Many people repeat this again and again without success.

In fact, it becomes a habit. We decide to change, make an attempt to do so, fail, and go back to square one. It can be very frustrating!

BUT, there is a way for YOU to achieve success, and it doesn't take any more effort to reach your goal. All you have to do is plan your strategy.

It is no good wasting your energy by going one step forward and two steps back. There are several key things that you can do...

1 - Decide on your goal.

2 - List the steps to get there, in order of importance.

This is a simple way to achieve your dreams and life goals. But, you must strongly desire a successful outcome. Of course, you must stay focused, and continue until you have done it.

Negative habits can quickly stop your positive actions. If you are pulling in two different directions then nothing will change.

By removing habits that are holding you back, you will by powerfully propelled forwards towards your goals. In fact, you may be surprised how quick this can happen!

What negative habits can you remove?

1 - Stop watching, listening to, and reading the news.

It may be called news, but really it should be called negatives. Most stories are about the horrible things that are happening in the world, which creates fear that can cripple your positive energy.

2 - Reduce watching, listening to, and reading anything that is violent, damaging, depressing, negative, etc.

Instead, develop an interest in positive news, tv, radio, music, books, magazines. By changing what enters your mind you can change your mind to a more positive outlook. This helps develop belief in yourself.

What positive habits can you include?

By including a holistic health strategy every day, you will be far more likely to succeed. There are several essential keys and...
