Do you follow a particular religion or spiritual movement?

Maybe you believe in a universal power or divine essence?

Or are you an atheist, and only believe in scientific facts?

Either way, and without any doubt, you must accept that we are all surrounded by a power that is far greater that we are!

World Religions are formal teachings that belong to the growth of certain races of people. Each religion served its purpose in its own day and time, but must give way to something more complete as humanity advances.

Prophet's & Guru's are said to speak through divine inspiration and get messages from a higher place. They may be able to see future events, heal, and inspire people.

Some of the largest religions and faith systems are...

Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Confucianism, Taoism, Islamism, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Sikhism, Theosophy, Christian Science, Shintoism, Jainism, Spiritualism, Sufism, Native American beliefs, Shamanism, Theosophy, New Age, Mystery Cults, Scientology, Christian Science, Jehovah's Witnessess, Mormons, Moonies, Hare Krishna, Rosicrucians, Bahai, etc.

Popular spiritual leaders are...

Mohammed, Guru Nanak, Buddha, Jesus, Moses, Dalai Lama, Morihei Ueshiba, Apollonius, Dionysius, Pythagorus, Socrates, Aristotle, Plato, Rama, Krishna, Hermes, Pythagorus, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Freud, Jung, Sartre, Gurdjieff, Krishnamurti, etc.

According to many of the spiritual and religious movements, there are five planes of existence in which you can experience your being. Within these are many sub-planes you can visit to gain valuable life lessons.

The five planes are... physical, astral, causal, mental, and soul.

The Best way to decide on your path is to ask yourself...

"What am I drawn to?" - There your answers will be found!

Do you want to increase your energy, experience good health, a greater mental power, and spiritual development? The Optimum Health Secrets offers an absolute ton of unique knowledge and wisdom!

All religious and spiritual movements use self-examination as a tool for development. By looking closely at different aspects of your being you can attempt to correct your weaknesses.

You can only do this if you approach your examination with discipline, reality and truth. Some of the things you may look at are...

1 - Denial of reality, where you get absorbed with other things.

2 - Attempting to prove your behaviour is worthy of approval.

3 - Placing blame for your difficulties on other people.

4 - Stopping dangerous thoughts from entering your mind.

5 - Retreating to earlier levels that require less mature responses.

6 - Feelings of worth by identifying yourself with people of high-standing.

7 - Covering up weaknesses by emphasising desirable traits.

8 - Releasing pent-up anger on someone who is less dangerous.

9 - Withdrawing into passivity to protect yourself from emotional injury.

10 - Bolstering your ego for self-worth by seeking sympathy from others.

Every culture in the history of the world has acknowledged the existence of a powerful energy in the human body. This energy is known as... prana, chi, ki, magnetism, vital life force etc.

Buddhist, Taoist and Tibetan monks have preserved many ancient Yoga Chi Kung/Qi Gong techniques, that they used for health and longevity.

One of the BEST methods, I have found, to balance your chakras and power up your energy centres is yoga. It is an ancient, tried-and-tested method of complete training.

The routine I personally use every day, is easy-to-learn, only has 6 exercises, and takes 15 minutes a day. Tibetan Monks have used this method for thousands of years to increase their energy... Tibetan Yoga

Many people have decided to take responsibility for their own health and well-being by developing and using a positive mental attitude.

A crisis is an opportunity in disguise and no matter what life throws at you there is a way to roll with that energy. This means that illness and dis-ease are obstacles and stepping stones to healing and enlightenment.

Spiritual healing is inner power that encourages the body to heal itself. Some healers are able to transfer excess energy to others, removing any blockages of energy and promoting a feeling of health and well-being.

Of course you have to dedicate some time to spiritual exercises in order to build up your spiritual stamina. Contemplation of the secret worlds of spirit is the answer and the search is within you.

Spirit shows up in goodness, fair play, a ready ear, tranquility and calm, and a growing love for all of life. A more detached inner life means that if your plans don't work out as you think they should, life won't crush you.

You cannot hope to attain vibrant health without looking at the principles and laws of nature. There are many subtle forms of power and energy available to you, almost anytime and anywhere. We sometimes forget that the most natural things in the World are powerful sources of energy.

Using these simple and practical methods daily will improve your energy and vitality to restore and maintain health.

The Natural Laws of the body can be summed up as - Right Living and Right Thinking.

The following elements are always available to you and packed with vibrant energy for your use... air, water, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, mind power. All discussed in great detail in my Optimum Health Secrets

Many changes are taking place on the planet and more and more people are looking for answers to their questions.

To approach and understand Divine Spirit, it is essential to keep your body healthy and free from tiredness, pain, ill-ness and dis-ease.

In fact, your mind should be calm and clear.

Everything that happens to you is recorded and reflected by your body. For this reason your health is affected by your thoughts, emotions, mental attitudes and frame of mind.

Make a plan, using willpower and discipline as tools in the early stages, and after a while, momentum will help you develop good habits.

Once You have prepared your body and mind by purification, then you will have more Success with your approach to the Divine Essence.

If you are lacking in Energy and vitality, you can purify your life by CHANGING your lifestyle
