What Are The Most Effective Moves?
The most important move I teach in my new ebook is BAR (body alarm reaction). I cover, in detail, the psychology of fear, the adrenaline rush associated with the shock of potential violence.
This type of aggression brings up the fight or flight syndrome. Plus the possibility of freezing on the spot... a common response to massive fear.
BAR addresses these issues, and shows you how to turn that fear back onto an attacker, giving you the opportunity to escape or take control.
Another self defence principle is Trigger Points.
This shows you how to decide exactly when to take action. By taking action and using BAR at the ideal time, you have the ability to stop the attack right at the beginning.
