Aiki Master Action Steps
to Develop Skill and Power!

Becoming a master of Aiki is a very difficult task... almost impossible!

If you do some in-depth research on Aiki Masters you'll find that there are only a few true masters alive today. This is because the path to mastery requires total commitment, and many years of disciplined solo training.

And these handful of aiki masters would probably say that they haven't reached mastery level yet. After all, part of the journey is to let go of egotistical attitudes and behaviours... and become calm and humble.

Who Are These Aiki Masters?

1 - Dan Harden
2 - Hiroshi Ikeda
3 - William Gleason
4 - George Ledyard
5 - Howard Popkin

There are several more.

Who Had Real Aiki Power in the Past?

1 - Sokaku Takeda
2 - Yukiyoshi Sagawa
3 - Morihei Ueshiba
4 - Kodo Horikawa

There were a few more.

Sokaku Takeda taught the others and gave workshops all over Japan. Morihei went on to found aikido. Kodo and Yukiyoshi taught small groups of students that continue to pass on these unique skills.

There are 3 methods of training...

1 - Learning techniques.
2 - Analyzing posture and form.
3 - Studying principles.

Regular dojo training in a group environment is essential to learn the basic and advanced techniques of Aikido. Travelling to other dojo's and taking part in intense seminars also offers great benefits.

But, when you have good solid basics and have picked up some of the key aiki principles, then it is time to focus more on your solo training. This is where advance aiki skills can be developed.

What Solo Training Should YOU Be Doing?

If the aim is to be the best you can possibly be, then you must train in a holistic way to experience harmony of mind, body and spirit.

This means a training regime that works on all levels to prepare your body for hard, disciplined solo training.

1 - Stop the internal mental chatter to focus your mind.
2 - Release emotional baggage and let go of past issues.
3 - Be physically healthy and have a balanced meridian energy flow.

Without these key elements in place, your mind, body and spirit will not be prepared for hard training.
