It is important to avoid illness and disease rather than deal with health issues after they arrive. After all, prevention is far better than cure...


If you dont focus on living a healthy lifestyle, then incorrect living will almost certainly catch up with you. Yes, we all know or have heard about people that never exercise, eat poorly, drink too much alcohol and smoke and somehow manage to avoid illness. But this is rare...

I don't recommend you follow this type of lifestyle.

Its far easier to prevent health issues than deal with them afterwards. You have to decide what YOU want to achieve during your short visit to planet earth. We are all dying... no-one will get out of here alive :)

So the question is how can you 'die' as slowly as possible?

How to Prevent Illness and Disease

There are several key steps you will need to take to ensure your health is at optimum levels. Its important to focus your mind on positive aspects of life, develop motivation and be inspired to take action towards your goals.

I cant go into detail here as there just isnt enough room to do it justice. Its all covered, in-depth, in my Optimum Health Secrets.

I know your time is precious, so I havent included any filler in my book to add perceived value. Just the essential tips and key action steps to incredible health and well-being.

When it comes to physical health the main area to focus on is how to increase energy in your blood cells. These cells travel all over the body distributing energy and collecting toxins to be returned to the lungs, kidneys, and bowel to be removed from your body.

Each cell needs a balance of negative and positive energy to work at its highest level. Okay where do you get this energy from?

1 - Negative vibrations come from water and food. It is important to drink plenty of pure water every day. Herb teas are also fine but you should reduce other drinks to avoid damaging your system.

Also you should eat a varied diet of organic fresh foods & supplements to ensure your blood cells are powered up with negative vibrations. These cells then go on a unique journey to collect positive vibrations. If they are weak they cannot draw enough positive energy into them.

Where do the blood cells attract positive vibrations from?

2 - Positive vibrations come from the air you breathe. The purer this air is the more power you can attract to your blood cells. Where is pure air? by the sea, lakes, rivers, forests, woods, mountains, and large open spaces.

Its important to breathe deeply to the bottom of your lungs. This is where the blood cells exchange the positive vibrations for toxins to be removed.
