How To Reach Your
Dreams, Desires and Life Goals!
I don't know about YOU, but this has been another tough year for my family and I. Of course we all know that life is like a rollercoaster, it has its ups and downs... and unexpected twists and turns :(

One of the best ways to turn your life around is to... Simply Let Go of trying to control it. By releasing your need to control every aspect of your life, you can really relax and allow it to flow naturally.
Once life events are allowed to take care of themselves, you'll find your conscious experience is in the the present moment and not the past.
The present moment - RIGHT NOW... is where YOUR power is.
Just for a moment... take a deep breath, and hold it for 3 seconds. As you release your breath, relax your muscles down
and allow your anxiety and stress to melt away.
I recommend that YOU take these little moments throughout your day to visit the present and let go of any tension!
Remember that 92% of worries are unnecessary...
40% never happen.
30% have already happened and cannot be changed.
12% are needless about health.
10% petty miscellaneous... 8% genuine!
HOW TO REACH YOUR LIFE GOALS
It is important to know what you want from your time here on Planet Earth. You should have a clear idea of your dreams, desires and life goals.
Many of the rewards of life come to people who take action, not to those who merely read, talk, or day-dream. High-performance people and winners have dreams, set goals, and take action on them.
Action is the Key to Your Success!
Here is an excellent exercise from master motivator Peter Thompson...
Imagine walking into a
room and meeting the 'you' of five years from now.
What will you be wearing?
Where will you be living?
What will your lifestyle be like?
What car will you be driving?
Will you be running a business?
You only have three choices about how the 'you of the future' will look...
1 - In-between how you are now, and a depressed, broke, scruffy tramp.
2 - An exact clone of how you are now - nothing has changed in 5 years.
3 - A happier, wealthier, healthier version of the 'you of today'.
Having imagined how you will be in the next five years, here is a really neat trick to help you achieve it. Ask yourself the following...
1 - What do I need to achieve in the next 12 months in order to make my future dream a reality?
2 - What do I need to do in the next month to start this journey?
- What can I do by next week to prepare myself for the journey?
4 - What can I do right now, today, in order to start this process off?
We need to dream, but this is not enough. Dreams are too large to realise in one hit, so all large projects must be broken down into bite-sized chunks otherwise we become discouraged by the scale of the endeavour.
This is a 'secret' of successful people, each step is manageable, and can be completed in anything from a few hours to a few weeks.
Take a sheet of blank paper and write on the top...
This is what I want to achieve in the next 12 months. Now put the numbers 1-7 down the left-hand side of the paper and write Seven things you want to achieve over the next 12 months.
1 - Dream
2 - Break your dreams down into bite-sized chunks.
3 - Set weekly, monthly, and yearly
You are where you are, and what you are because of the thoughts that dominate your mind. You become what you think about, so you should act as the person you wish to become and expect the best.
Each day YOU Have An Opportunity to write another page in the story of your life... happiness is an inside job :)
Write down the most important things for you to do in order of importance. Then work on them one by one until completed.
Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire, sincerely believe and enthusiastically act upon... must inevitably come to pass.
Here's a great method to find out exactly what you want to achieve in your lifetime. An easy exercise that only takes about 30 minutes to complete, and will give you your dreams, desires, and life goals.
THE £20 MILLION GAME
Imagine, you have just won $20 million on the lottery, now decide what you will spend it on...
houses, cars, holidays, clothes, electronic toys, health treatments etc. and helping other people and charities... right?
Take a pen and paper and Write It Down in vivid detail, and really enjoy the process. Don't forget to smile, after all... YOU Are Rich :)
Have you done that?
You now have everything you need to be comfortable, so what are you going to do for the rest of your life?
What makes YOU happy?
What gets you excited and enthusiastic?
What is your ultimate wish?
The answers to these simple questions will give you your purpose in life!
YOUR LIFE BLUEPRINT
1 - Make a list of Your desired goals in order of importance.
2 - Imagine them complete and list the necessary steps to get there.
3 - Start with your first goal and focus your mind on its realisation.
4 - Take
massive Action on each step, one-by-one until successful.
5 - Remember Priorities... action you take every day without fail!
