The current situation regarding Covid 19, lockdown, and employment insecurity puts all of us at high risk. Also the face masks, mandatory vaccinations, and 5G frequencies, its no surprise that our future is at stake.

Please understand, I wouldn't want you to live in fear of what may happen in the future. Its not a good idea to concentrate on negative things. But, it's important to be prepared or you may become a victim of events as they unfold.
What types of disasters should you prepare for?
Losing your Job, Home, or Material Possessions!
That's serious... right?
These are financial considerations, so it's very important to develop the ability to find paid work. It's good to study, learn, and develop new
skills that will help you protect your future.
Breaking Up with a Romantic Partner!
That's a disaster too... right?
This can leave you feeling low and depressed, depending on who left who. It's important to allow for this period, but essential to pick yourself up, dust yourself down, and move on with your life.
With both of these scenarios the right mindset would be...
"when one door closes another door opens".
This means that you are surrounded by opportunities, and you should avoid looking back at what was, but focus instead on the present moment, while looking forward to what will be.
A Death in the Family!
Losing a loved one is a massive shock, but, unfortunately, sooner or later, we have no choice but to move on with our lives.
The planet goes through many changes that humans cannot control. This includes extremes of wind, rain,
fire, flood, tornado, hurricane, tsunami, and so many more. It is important to be prepared.
Essential Service Problems!
Electricity, gas, water, and food supplies can be temporarily or permanently interrupted for a variety of reasons. YOU should be prepared for this...

Unfortunately most governments spend their time looking after the rich, and serving the needs of large corporations. They hold the power and have large police forces and armies to support their selfish behaviour.
People are fed up with this greed, are taking action and protesting in countries around the globe. This may eventually lead to a complete breakdown in society and you should be prepared for civil unrest.
Your Urban Survival Plan
where you currently live is far better than having a fully stocked rural retreat that you can’t get to in a disaster situation. If you are like most people, you don’t have a retreat to escape to anyway.
So what should you do?

DEVELOP YOUR POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
Your mindset is the most important aspect of your life. How you view yourself, other people, and the world will affect every part of your life. Whatever experiences you have been through, you have a choice...
OR... Positive Mindset.
You may think that this choice is not yours to make, and that's just not true. Your life viewpoint has been developed, over time, from thoughts, feelings, and actions that you have experienced in your life.
After 1,000's of repetitions, these develop into subconscious habits. This means that certain thoughts, feelings and actions are triggered automatically again and again as you go about your daily life.
Unfortunately, for many people, these subconscious habits can be negative, which leads to a series of mental, emotional, and physical issues.
For instance... anxiety and stress can lead to anger which causes muscular tension and an inability to relax. Over time, this dis-ease leads to a gradual breakdown of the mind and physical body.
BUT... it doesn't have to be that way!
It is possible to completely change your viewpoint to be more positive.
How, I hear you
Well, there are two great ways...
1 - Think outside the Box - using your imagination.
Picture yourself from above and look down on your life, as it plays out. Rise higher and see your life from the point of view of society, your country, the planet. How important are your opinions from this height?
Once we realise that our opinions aren't really important... we can begin to let them go. You can practise this in your daily life, moment by moment.
Catch yourself thinking or feeling negative, take a deep breath and as you breathe out completely relax and just...
Let It Go!
Over time, with practice, this becomes a powerful way to improve your life. It also benefits your family and anyone else you meet :)
2 - Consciously Remove Negative Actions from Your Life.
Stop watching the news, reading newspapers, listening to the radio. Most of the World's media focus
on the bad stories, and the good stories just don't get reported. Take control of what you see, hear, and read.
People and events are sent to test us. What's important is how you respond or react to these challenges. Everyone YOU meet is sent to test You. If it causes stress, anxiety, worry, frustration, sadness or anger...
YOU CAN BREATHE DEEPLY, RELAX AND LET IT GO!
