Law of Attraction
What is the Law of Attraction?
It is the belief that positive or negative thoughts have the power to attract experiences into your life. Through a process of positive energy attraction, you can improve your health, wealth, and personal relationships.
Users generally combine mindset reframing techniques with affirmations and creative visualization. This replaces limiting or self-destructive negative thoughts with more empowered, positive thoughts.
A key component to effectively change negative thinking patterns, is to feel that the wanted changes have already happened.
This combination of positive thoughts and positive emotions allows you to attract more positive experiences and opportunities by achieving harmony and balance with the proposed energetic law.
In 1877, the term Law of Attraction appeared in a book written by the Russian occultist Helena Blavatsky, in a context alluding to an attractive
power existing between elements of spirit.
In the 20th century, many books were written about it...
1 - Think and Grow Rich (1937) by Napoleon Hill
2 - The Power of Positive Thinking (1952) by Norman Vincent Peale
3 - You Can Heal Your Life (1984) by Louise Hay.
4 - The Abraham-Hicks material is based around the Law of Attraction.
Many believe that the Law of Attraction is always in operation and brings the conditions and experiences that you think, feel, and expect.
In her 2006 film The Secret, Rhonda Byrne recommended thinking about what you want to receive, and also infuse the thought with emotion. The combination of thought and feeling is what attracts the desire.
James Redfield's The Celestine Prophecy, says reality can be manifested.
The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy, says you can achieve almost impossible goals by
bringing the mind under control.
The Power by Rhonda Byrne, The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle all use attraction.
New Thought authors often quote certain verses from the Bible in the context of the Law of Attraction. An example is Mark 11:24:
" Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer,
believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."
Here's a great method to find out exactly what you want to achieve in your lifetime. An easy exercise that only takes 30 minutes to complete, and gives you your dreams, desires, and life goals.

Take a pen and paper and Write It Down
in vivid detail, and really enjoy the process. Don't forget to smile, after all...
