Energy Saving Strategies


There are many energy saving strategies available, and most of them just come down to common sense. Maybe you want to save energy, because you are physically tired or you want to reduce your carbon footprint.


By the way, the global warming theory, that is promoted by governments and media worldwide, has not been proven. There are thousands of scientists who disagree with this theory, who are afraid to speak up because of the fear of losing their research funding or jobs.


How can YOU save energy?


Personal Energy


Energy is used by thoughts, feelings, and physical action. Strong emotions and repetitive thinking uses more energy, so avoid stress by breathing deeply, relaxing and letting go... just release worries.


Be more efficient and effective physically. You can gain more energy by breathing deeply, drinking plenty of pure water, and eating organic food. For Full Details Click Here


Environmental Energy


There are several ways to reduce your carbon footprint. You could buy food that is grown locally rather than imported. Also only purchase products that can be recycled, and which the packaging will break down into compost.


Wrap up with several layers of clothing rather than put the heating on. Only make essential journeys in your car, or use a bicycle instead, especially as we are all being ripped off by the gas, electric and fuel companies.

This gives you an idea what to look out for, there are many more, and I'm sure you know some of them... Be Energy Efficient Now!
