How to Develop Real Power


Welcome to your Harmony newsletter, in this issue we will take a look at Aiki Exercises and how YOU can develop real power.


There are several key ways to develop your level of fitness, stamina, flexibility and build powerful Aikido skills.


1. Daily Exercises... warm up, joint rotations, stretching, and resistance training to improve strength and stamina.


2. Solo Practise... deep breathing, meditation, relaxation, Aiki exercises (rites of spring), and/or Chi Kung, Yoga, Tai Chi etc.


3. Purification... fasting, cold water shock therapy (showers, plunges), dry sauna, red light therapy, frequency treatments etc.


4. Pure Nutrients... filtered water, organic food, organic supplements, As much as possible - avoid processed food.


5. Frequencies... sunshine early morning and evening, grounding/earthing (walk barefoot and/or use grounding sheet/mat), Frequency treatments.


6. Aiki Principles... relaxation, breath control, waveform power development, heavy hand, time on target, pressure points, etc.


These are just a few ideas that you may consider using to develop power.
