AIM HIGH AND...
REACH FOR YOUR GOALS!

Why should you set goals? Because high-performance people set goals, successful people, and winners have already decided on their target!

Lots of people fail to plan their path through life, and just deal with each event as it arrives. This is a very ineffective way of living, and often leaves people looking back on their lives with many regrets.

What you think and feel YOU will become!

Doubt, fear, anger, and lack of belief can block your path, so believe in yourself, and let go of any negative thoughts and feelings.

By releasing these negative thoughts and feelings, as they come up, in the present moment, you'll be able to free yourself from worry and fear.

It is widely recognised by health experts that stress causes about 75% of all dis-ease, and it is mainly caused by poor lifestyle choices.

A massive 92% of worries are unnecessary...

40% never happen.

30% have already happened and cannot be changed.

12% are needless about health.

10% are petty miscellaneous.

8% are genuine.

Successful people make a blueprint with detailed plans and step-by-step goals that they must achieve, but will you join them? You can do just that by following these 3 steps...

1 - Think about what you truly want out of life.

2 - Make a list of the steps to get there.

3 - Take massive action on each step.

Decide to change your habits, and face them head on by refusing to be controlled by them. Fill the gaps with good habits that you enjoy. Stick to it by saying to yourself... I can, I must, and I will.

What is your ultimate goal in your aikido studies and training? Fitness, flexibility, self defence, health, well-being, a sense of community, spiritual experiences, etc.

WHEN SHOULD YOU MAKE YOUR
LIFE GOALS BLUEPRINT?


Right now of course! Ask yourself the following questions...

1 - "What do I want to achieve in the next 12 months?"

2 - "What could I do in the next month to begin my journey?"

3 - "What can I do by next week to prepare myself?"

4 - "What can I do, right now, to start this process?"

Make a list of your goals in order of importance. Imagine them complete and list the exact steps to get there. Take massive Action on each step until you have completed it, then work on the next, and tick them off your list one-by-one.

Add power to your intention by calmly holding the image of your goal in your mind, imagine and feel it coming true. Don't allow your mind to wander aimlessly, your thoughts must be clear and precise.

Breathe deeply, and relax! When you are calm and relaxed, it becomes much easier to concentrate, focus on, and achieve your goals.

So, now YOU have your life goals listed in order of importance... right? When should you start? Right Now of course, If not now... when?
