BAR - The #1 Self Defence Move
How to Protect Yourself in an
Increasingly Dangerous Society

Imagine the following scenario...

You are enjoying your daily life, minding your own business, and completing the tasks that you have set yourself for the day... Work, shopping, leisure, etc. We all have a lot to do!

Suddenly you come across someone who is aggressive towards you. You may have looked at them the wrong way, bumped into them, or upset them in some way. They are rude to you, and show anger, etc.

You apologise, admit fault even if it isn't your fault, and try to calm the situation down. You just want to get on with your day, but, unfortunately the other person has taken offense and is getting loud and aggressive.

You should continue to attempt to calm the person down, while being very aware of how close they are to you... never closer than arms length!

They are waving their arms about and approaching you in an aggressive manner. You realise you are in a scary situation and need to act.

WHAT Should YOU Do?

1 - Put your hands up in front of your chest, with your palms facing them, and fingers open to protect your space.

Tell them to 'keep their hands down' and say 'talk to me from there'.

2 - If they continue to approach aggressively you MUST push them back, and say assertively 'Stay There'

3 - If they approach again you should use waveform power to push them back and warn them about the consequencies...

Shout 'Stay Back' or 'talk to me from there'. Make it Clear - 'we don't need to do this' or 'one of us will get hurt' etc.

But, unfortunately, none of this works and they continue to approach aggressively, and about to violently attack you.

WHAT is the Single MOST important thing YOU should do?

BAR (body alarm reaction) - aggression brings up the fight or flight syndrome, and the possibility of freezing... a common response to fear. BAR addresses these issues, and shows you how to turn that fear back on them.

Its a move that anyone can use, and its easy to learn.

Using your palms, slap/strike your attacker on the forehead. By hitting firmly with waveform power at a certain angle, on key pressure points, they become confused and unable to function for several seconds.

This gives you the time to get away or put them on the ground and restrain them. If you do this watch out for the possibility of another attacker.

If you perform BAR well, it will either knock an attacker out or stun and confuse them. Either way you have taken the advantage, and must use this to get away to safety or strike again if necessary to remove the aggression.

There are Trigger Points that shows exactly when to take action. By using BAR at the ideal time, you will stop an attack right at the beginning.

Waveforms put your body weight behind everything you do. This gives 'weaker people' more power than 'stronger people'.

There are many other powerful principles including...

The Fence - how to develop a protective barrier around you.

Traffic Light System - be aware of your surrounding environment.

Pressure Points - hit weak targets, and correct angles for best effect.

Heavy Hand - how to use relaxation and intent for massive power.

Its all covered in my Self Defence Secrets - a unique blueprint on how to Train Smart. Plus Bonuses - 1 hour Self defence video and 5 ebooks!

Because of the devastating techniques taught, seminar training is only available to responsible adults, who must sign a waiver promising to only use these methods if absolutely necessary, and to use minimum force.
