Q - What are the best Aikido tips you can give me?

A - To excel in the art of Aikido, you should train regularly in a dojo, read, study and practise every day at home. If you also imagine the end result, where you have already reached your goal, and how it makes you feel.

Then focus your mind on the steps to get there, and put all of your effort into completing each step, one-by-one. Think, Feel, Act!

Q - What is the very best Health tip you can give me?

A - The first essential for your life to continue is oxygen. So, deep breathing will have the greatest effect on your health. It is simply a conscious decision to practise it.

If you take 15 minutes morning and evening to fill your lungs with oxygen and life force energy, then it will soon become a good habit!

Q - Can I really save time and energy, but still achieve my goals?

A - Yes, YOU can! First you must know what your dreams, desires and life goals are. Then, study the best info on the subject, and make a list of the exact steps to take along the way to your goal.

Apply willpower, and discipline yourself to begin by focusing on the first step. Take massive action until it is reached, then repeat the process!

Q - How can I improve my Aikido techniques?

A - Practise, not just physical, but also emotional, mental and spiritual. Think about what you are doing as you do it, feel it as it happens, and be the movement itself. Then, detach yourself and allow it to happen.

You see, what holds you back is yourself. Imagine yourself as a master and how you would perform, then work towards that!

Q - How can I decide on my path in life?

A - To know your life purpose, just follow the following scenario...

You have just won £20 million on the lottery, so go ahead and decide what you will spend it on... houses, cars, holidays, clothes, electronic toys, etc. and, of course, some to charities... right?

OK, you now have everything you need to be comfortable, so, what are you going to do for the rest of your life? What makes you happy? What gets you enthusiastic? what is your ultimate wish? The answers will give you your life purpose... so, go ahead and make it happen!
