Congratulations for sticking to your goals throughout 2020...

If 2020 was a gap year for you regarding discipline, diet, fitness, etc. - I'm not surprised... join the club.
I had to close the Arun Aikido Club due to the pandemic, and a series of lockdowns has kept it closed. We have no idea when we will be able to offer aikido classes, self defence seminars, or private lessons again.
I have been exercising at home, using deep breathing, filtered water, and good organic food to stay healthy. Due to the virus situation, I have increased my use of vitamin C, and D, plus other Essentials Nutrients.
I have been eating 80%
organic food, along with organic green powder superfood, organic multi-mineral liquid, krill oil, organic turmeric, etc.
I have a water filter built in to the mains water supply. This removes 99% of unwanted pollutants. I drink 2+ litres of pure water every day.
This is all designed to improve and sustain my health and well-being.
Before you think my life is perfect, maybe I should tell you about some of the negatives in my life...
I live in a town centre, on the south coast in the UK. There are car fumes, industrial fumes, chemtrails, etc. constantly polluting the atmosphere. This is the elite's method of dumbing down their citizens.
I use air filters, ionisers and essential oil diffusers in an attempt to reduce the damage to my lungs :(

Then there is the massive
electromagnetic pollution attacking from all sides via wireless transmitters, tv, radio, computers, smart phones, smart meters... and soon the rollout of 5G frequencies!
I use a Tesla Coil Frequency Device to tranmit healthy frequencies. I also use quartz crystals placed around my home to reduce the damage.
I have a long way to go but, just like YOU, I am trying my best. Sometimes life events get in the way of our best laid plans.
