I have been studying health, spirituality, and self improvement for over 30 years and have come to a very important conclusion... You are what you breathe, drink, eat, think, feel and do!
Your whole existence is made up from the elements, energies, and ideas that you feed yourself.
If you live in an area where there is congestion from traffic and industry, then the air you breathe is full of chemicals. If you drink water that hasn't been purified, or had chemicals added, then you are filling your body with rubbish. If you eat food that is not organic, then it has been grown in polluted soil... Fact!
Why is this so dangerous to my health, you may ask?
Well, first of all, no government is concerned about your health. If they were, then they would do something about the poor health conditions of their citizens. They serve the rich and powerful families and companies, so don't rely on them to help or protect you.
Of course they will say that the pollution in the air, water and food is below recommended safe levels and will not harm you. What they mean is that it won't harm you immediately.
Your body has great difficulty removing man-made poisons and toxins from it's system. So these chemicals accumulate more and more making you feel lethargic, under the weather, lacking in energy, etc. This leads to mild illnesses like colds, headaches, aches and pains, etc. which we all accept as normal.
As the the weeks, months, and years of consuming sub-standard air, water, and food roll on, you'll experience more and more physical, emotional and mental illness as negative energy.
Then dis-ease strikes and you are moving closer to the end. Of course, it all depends on what level of abuse you put on yourself, as to how bad it gets, and how quickly.
BUT, it doesn't have to be like this!
All you have to do is take full responsibility for your own life and protect yourself, as much as you possibly can. You must want the best for your family, friends, work colleagues and in fact, all peoples around the world... don't you?
