7 STEPS TO OPTIMUM HEALTH

When your mind, body, and spirit are out of balance you become tense and dis-eased. How can you rebalance your energy and live life to the full?

The ability to really relax is of utmost importance in your quest for health as when you are calm and relaxed you are free from stress. It then becomes much easier to concentrate, focus on, and achieve your goals.

If you liberate your natural talents and go with the flow, you will have unlimited energy. A simple path to health is my unique... '7 Steps to Optimum Health' that gives you all of the tools necessary to do it!

AIR

The first essential for life is air, and the moment we cease to breathe, the physical body begins to decay. Breathing is the basic root of existence, and as such, must have prime consideration in any problem of health.

We are generally aware that mountain or sea air makes us feel good and can even promote healing. It is surprising that we do not give more attention to the QUALITY of the air we breathe.

Through the air you breathe, you can gain vital life force energy, which is also known as ki, chi, prana, vital energy, magnetism etc.

One of the most beneficial methods of breathing is deep rhythmical inhalation and exhalation through the nose. 10 - 15 minutes of deep breathing upon arising and before retiring will be most beneficial.

You can practise this at any time throughout your day, to help reduce stress and tension and  aid the healing process.

How pure is the air you breathe?


WATER

Most of the planet is covered with water and the human body is about 75% water, so it is easy to see how vital pure water is for life.

Every living cell requires water, air and nutrients. Water acts as a solvent in your body and the purer it is, free from pollutants and chemicals, the more toxins you can release into it for removal.

It is accepted by those who have studied the subject, the use of bottled, filtered, spring, and especially distilled water will help keep your body cells free from waste products.


It is a marvelous blood purifier and helps preserve health and longevity.

How pure is the water you drink?


NUTRITION

Today after a brief detour into science and medicine, humankind is once again being directed to the proper use of nature's products to restore to abundant health a dis-ease ridden world.

What you eat is directly related to how you think, feel and act and your body is a marvelous factory that needs constant maintenance.  

It is necessary to recognise the ill-effects of refining, processing, over cooking and the convenience packaging of many of our foods today.


Its a good idea to look very closely at the nutritional quality of the foods you are eating. One of the secrets to recharge your energy, is to gradually introduce raw organic fruit and vegetables to your diet.

It is recommended that all intake of food should be organically grown. If this is combined with quality supplements, only THEN can you be sure to absorb more of the nutrients your body needs on a daily basis.

How pure is the food you eat?


EXERCISE

Everyone should take some exercise on a daily basis as part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is a process by which the cells of the body are placed under controlled stress.


This stimulates metabolic efficiency and increases vigour, strength and vitality.

Most forms of exercise are good at stimulating particular body tissue, but leave aside the strengthening of others. An efficient form of exercise will be one which reaches every cell of the body. Research at NASA states that rebounding (mini trampoline) is the complete exercise.

Good forms of exercise are... walking, swimming, jogging, running, aikido, yoga, chi kung, tai chi, martial arts, etc. depending on your preference.

Do you take 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week?


RELAXATION

Most of us counteract the benefits of relaxation with soft mattresses, television, eating before retiring, etc. If you are using energy for digestion or processing thoughts, you aren't using it to repair and recharge.

Any stress or anxiety will effect both your mind and body, and can lead to dis-ease. So, you will need to deal with it now before it becomes a serious issue. Mental and physical relaxation allows you to be more at ease.   

Deep breathing helps you release stress and tension. Take a few deep breaths, and as you breathe out, completely relax all of your muscles and just let go of tension in your muscles and release any mental chatter.

Do you release stress and tension from your mind and body?  

EMOTIONS & FEELINGS

Feelings are sensations of the subconscious mind, and the urges of the instincts set them into action. Emotion is the spark to action, an automatic response to certain situations, causing biological reactions.

It can sometimes spring up from no-where, you can love, be happy, sad, fearful, angry etc. Under stress the blood flow to the left and right hemisphere's of your brain can become unbalanced and lose harmony.

Laughter can solve many problems and even help cure illness and disease. When you take control of your emotions you will begin to experience more energy. When emotion strikes, breathe deeply, relax and let it go.

MIND POWER

Mental habits become so grooved after a few repetitions that they become the major ruling part of life. The lower mind is interested in making money, eating, drinking and self-indulgence in the 5 passions.

The higher mind is engaged in thought activity like philosophy, ethics, morals, creative arts, literature, music and painting.

A bright, cheerful and happy attitude reflects itself in your state of health. While depressed mental states, gloom, worry, fear, hate, jealousy, anger all react upon your body as physical tension and can lead to illness.

A mental attitude of calmness, peace, strength and absolute fearlessness will aid your development and make the changes you want in your life.
