YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

In all 'civilised' lands the tendency is to alter nature's products before we eat them, this is a big mistake. Nature supplies food for us in its purest state, and this is the best way of using it for optimum health.

Today after a short detour into science and inorganic medicines, humankind is once again being directed to the proper use of nature's products to restore to abundant health a dis-ease ridden world.

It is absolutely necessary to recognise the ill effects of refining, processing, overcooking and the convenience packaging of many of our foods today. One reason many people are tired is because the food they choose to eat cannot be digested and absorbed. Instead it becomes waste matter, turns to toxins and poisons, causing lack of energy.

Your body is a marvelous factory that needs constant nutrition and maintenance and what you eat is directly related to how you think, feel and act. All of the cells in your body are constantly changing - they grow, live then die. The changeover of cells give you the ability to re-generate healthy tissues, by changing your living and eating habits.

The proper energy supply for your blood can be supplied in three ways...

1 - Through deep breathing of fresh air.

2 - Through eating natural organic food.

3 - Through drinking plenty of pure water.

Food provides the energy and essential nutrients for your body... carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, trace elements, and vitamins.

The correct balance is most important in preventing the development of illness and dis-ease, some of which are life threatening.
 
A diet consisting of essential nerve-building vitamins, blood-building minerals, gland-stimulating protein, hormone-nourishing unsaturated fatty acids will give you good nutritional health.

Organic Food

Labeling on our foods are rather misleading and do not tell us the whole story. Unless you eat organic food, you are getting traces of additives and pesticides that build up over time in your body causing dis-ease.

Eating raw, organic food is the most natural and beneficial method of putting nutrients into your body. Raw foods are full of enzymes, vitamins, minerals and trace elements that are essential for health and longevity.

Organic food is free from chemicals and helps to purify and feed the cells of your body. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but in reality organic food should be part of a healthy lifestyle and not seen as a luxury. Eating non-organic food will be much more costly in the long run to your health.

Enzymes offer you a key to longevity as they aid in the digestion and absorption of food. Sun ripened raw fruits and vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, sprouted seeds, dried herbs will all give you more energy.  

Raw organic fruits and vegetables are a pure, natural source of nutrition and full of essential goodness. Fruit is a natural cleanser and vegetables build and revitalise your body.

Avoid... sugar, alcohol, coffee, tea, hydrogenated fats, excess animal fats, fried, burnt, browned, refined or processed food with additives, and cook food as little as possible.

Eat... organic foods... raw fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds, beans, lentils. Drink at least 6 glasses of pure water, diluted juice, herb & fruit teas daily. Supplement with a quality, organic, high-strength multi-vitamin/mineral liquid or powder.

Some of the benefits of eating good food are... improved intelligence, memory and mood, increased energy and resistance to stress, achieving peak physical performance, turning back the clock, fighting infections naturally, detoxing your body, defeating allergies, reducing fat, etc.

A mineral-rich diet helps condition you for optimum health. The healthier you are the better you can resist illness and disease. A shortage of just one mineral can disrupt the harmony and balance of your system.

Science has shown that green leafy vegetables contain a high level of essential nutrients. Vitamins and minerals along with the chlorophyll spiritual essence. The popular term 'Eat Your Greens' is great advice.

Many of these greens are available as organic and living foods, that come in powder form. These are excellent supplements to ensure you are absorbing the recommended nutrients to experience glowing health.

Watercress, dandelion, celery, green lettuce, green peas, green beans, and onions used raw and added to your diet will give you more vitality and energy, vitamins, minerals and spirit essence.

In summary, the most important elements in your search for optimum health are... air, water, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, mind power, and emotions. Your body is a temple... look after it!
