We look forward to seeing you at 6:00pm on Thursday 17th September 2020. You will have to complete a short form for insurance cover.


Please wear an Aikido gi or loose fitting clothing without zips or buttons, and remove jewellery... t-shirt and jogging trousers are ideal :)
